The Lawrenceburg, Indiana SWAT team was was certain their suspect was inside apartment 407 G, so they flooded it with tear gas and forced their entry. Unfortunately for Kiela Irwin, the police went to the wrong address, and left her home trashed and covered in toxic residue.
